What you will do

Provide technical oversight for the development and delivery of Secure Communication Interoperability Protocol and encryption of communication design. Support the customer leadership by facilitating multi-agency stakeholder working groups to design and facilitate the development of cryptography, technical roadmap, and translate technical requirements. This tasking may include but is not limited to:

• Collecting tech requirements for translation into business/contractual/programmatic terms, tracking risks, and running financial forecasts.
• Development of acquisition strategies;
• Documentation of acquisition strategies;
• Oversight and implementation of SCIP requirements;
• Collecting tech requirements for translation into business/contractual/programmatic terms;
• Tracking & reporting risks;
• Project management process definition and improvement;
• Project management;
• Defining and documenting program requirements and specifications;
• Creating, maintaining, and reviewing program/project schedules;
• Develop acquisition documentation, such as Operational Capabilities Statements (OCS),
• Program/ project metrics for tracking delivery of Key Performance Parameters.

What you will need

Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar
scope, type and complexity is required.

• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
