We are looking for a client-facing Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop projects for our customers from the ground up. You will interact daily with many Senior Government customers using verbal and written communications through multiple platforms and systems. The candidate must have a Top Secret/SCI and be willing to sit for CI Polygraph. This position is at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate monthly reports utilizing Microsoft products, Confluence, and other web-based or data visualization tools available by the customer.

• Generate, coordinate, monitor, and report internal and external actions, decisions, policies, tasks, and/or briefings for closeout and approval.

• Support Technical Exchange and Engagement Meetings to include sending calendar invites, taking and publishing meeting minutes, preparing briefings, preparing and booking conference rooms, and setting up DVTCs before the start of meetings.

• Plan, prepare, and maintain current Program documentation, templates, standard operating procedures, and other documentation.

• Coordinate with technical experts, external stakeholders, and development teams to ensure project milestones are updated and reflected in the project tracking websites for the customer.

• Support process improvement to the Program Management Office’s business functions and suggest efficiencies to existing policies and procedures.

• Support Stakeholder Engagement in identifying and developing business needs, requirements, capability, architectures, software design, agile task prioritization, and other requirements as needed.

• Draft, process, catalog, file, and maintain the correspondences, messages, and other documentation to include, but not limited to, military and civilian letters, memorandums, award recommendations, meeting minutes, and briefing papers.

• Prepare read-ahead documentation, and arrange and coordinate meetings and events. (i.e., setup, change slides) when necessary.

• Liaison to both internal and external staff at all levels.

• Other duties, as requested.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.

• Must have 5-7 years of experience providing similar corporate communications and staff officer support in the DoD/IC or other federal government agencies.

• A bachelor's degree

• Exceptional verbal and written presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify appropriate strategic communication techniques for a given scenario under tight timelines.

• Knowledge of AP style.

• Advanced Experience with Microsoft Office Products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or public relations experience, preferably in corporate communications or similar settings in the DoD/IC.

• Project management experience, including overseeing a team managing deliverables for multiple clients

• Understanding of the IC and DoD; familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies development.

Location:

Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. Periodic local travel inside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR) to support meetings may be required.
