About the job:

In this position, you will support our customer’s collections systems deployment planning and modernization efforts at their Fort Meade, Maryland facility. You will support technical engineering (stakeholder requirements analysis, implementation processes, integration processes, etc.) and project engineering (planning, assessment and control, decision management, risk management etc.) processes related to SIGINT collection systems capabilities.

In addition, you will:

• Assist mission partners in the development of CONOPs, Project Plans, GANTT charts, and other SE documents
• Draft Staff Processing Forms to support project coordination activities
• Champion various assigned projects at cross-enterprise forums
• Track partner interactions and action items
• Facilitate meetings/boards (Configuration Change Management, Executive Requirements Review etc.)
• Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of multiple work products associated with the technical and project systems engineering process areas

The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

• National Systems SIGINT Collection System and Architecture SME with the capacity to assist the customer with related system engineering efforts
• Knowledge of NSA/CSS Enterprise Systems Engineering processes
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting to complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment

Required Education:

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related field plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience; OR
• Master’s degree or PhD in a qualified engineering or related field plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.

Salary Range: $162,600 - $249,400

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
